Kind of unexpected to me, but this was a highlight of the weekend: BEING FED. It was such a caring, loving piece of the retreat and Carolyn knocked it out of the park. Food is an afterthought in my life and thus I didn't think about the food ahead of time at all, but gosh was it was such a delight and such a nourishing piece of "retreating!"
